offer exchange and refunds facility in case customer is not satisfied with the product. Following conditions will apply:
The product is returned to us within 3 days of the delivery date.
The product is in its original condition damaged and in original condition.
Delivery Charges will be deducted from the refund (unless the refund is due to our fault)
In case of an exchange, the delivery charges will not be deducted. However, the customer will have to pay any owed difference between the old and the new product (if any) when the new product is delivered to them.
Customer will bare the courier charges of returning the product.
All refunds and exchanges will be processed once the product has been received and its condition has been approved

Please ensure that product is packed in an appropriate-sized box so it does not get damaged. We will not refund you or exchange the product if the product arrives damaged.
